Drain plug, unless you have one of these...

The vacumn oil change things for boats work well. Or a small diameter plastic hose
might be usable as a siphon.
Or just check the oil level 1000 times and wipe the dipstick each time. :-)

Cheap fix inside...
Got a measuring tape handy?
Loosen the oil plug until it's about to pop out, then hold the plug tight and pull it out 1/2 way. Let out the amount you need and put the plug back in. It's not that difficult. Just be careful or you'll have two eye sockets full of oil 8^ P
