how much is a entire bose system worth? Dealer and/or used?

Nope, wiring harness from the dash to the rear of the car is different. Wiring to the speakers...
is different as well. All the Symphony head units are the same - the Bose cars/ones are coded to use the preamp outs on the Symphony unit whereas the normal or non-Bose cars use the built-in amp in the headunit(brown plug on rear). Not only would you have to build a custom harness to run from the head to the rear where you'd be adding the amp but you'd have to change the speaker runs to each speaker(and probably each speaker since Bose uses different impedances from the regular setup), also remember you would not have the two rear door speakers which Bose drives out-of-phase with the shelfs - no idea if this would even sound right.
Not saying it can't be done but makes no sense to spend hundreds doing this for something that has little/no potential of even sounding decent in the end.
