Also depends on if its a new or "add-on" order...
I was trying to order a concealed display to use with a V1 that I was borrowing from a friend, and even though they let me buy it "next day mail", they hadn't sent it out over a week later because they hadn't "heard back from the registered owner." Supposedly, this is a security issue (so if its stolen, the owner gets checked with), but comon! If it were stolen, don't you think he would have called you back rather than ignore your message? Thankfully, DrewS helped me out and I was able to pick up the remote unit mid-trip, rather than at the start...
