I decided after chipping that I wouldn't be doing any more mods to my car, but it's reeeally hard to
hold that resolve. I don't plan on keeping my car after the lease is up(another year and a half to go) and I don't want to dump money into it accordingly, but tonight night I was bored and added up some items I would like on my S4 and realized that for the price of a new CBR I could buy: Stoptech's for the front and RS4 rear rotors, H&R Streets, a DTS, 18'' GT1's and some tasty tires for them. Plus mods don't require insurance (throw that cash in and I can go Stage 2+!). Since I'm planning on getting a bike some time this year anyway, this train of thought started making a lot of sense.
but even with all that, I would still have no bike, so it looks like my car is safe for now

Just do stuff that is easy to take back off and sell. Wheels/tires fit this bill, as does an exhaust
Downpipes for example would not. It would probably cost you more than you could sell them for used to get them off before you turn the car in.
