of the same price range so i thought it might work but im wondering if its gonna require too much work for an ageing mother. Timing belt and all the associated would need to be done right away but after that im wondering about how much might be needed from say 62k to 120k miles? Not familar with 2.7, do the turbos tend to go before 100k? I only thought about this car for her because its the most pristine stock b5 s4 avant ive ever seen.

Why a B5? I would think there are better suited wagons for her than this. Like B6 v6 maybe?

given the price. I think something like a new scion might be the best peace of mind for her given the budget, but i was just curious if a stock S4 tip is capable of running for a few more years after 60k without major and or unexpected repairs, warranting access to the turbos etc, scheduled items excluded.

after she asked the mpg and how reliable it was that she was DEF looking at the wrong car and she should look at a b6 3.0 or something of the like... (and i wonder why my car still isnt sold lol)
