Default I just read a Tech article "Adjusting Xenon's after Lowering" and now I have

a question. If I put on a coilover suspension and lower the car, say 1.5" all around, do I have to worry about adjusting my headlights?

Default possibility. the susp will settle and you may have to readjust.

a few degrees will make a huge difference 1/8mile down the road.

Yes, but just do it yourself with the white adjustments supplied.

I'm considering never to post on AW again.

Default If it lowers evenly, you'll be fine. Many suspensions don't.

My Intrax setup lowered the rear a bit more than the front, and I had to adjust mine.

I did them in a parking lot pointing at the side of a building, tweaked them until I thought it was a decent light spread, and then lowered them over time until I didn't get flashed very often.

They're still probably higher than they should be, but I can see well, and I don't really give a crap about anyone else anyway.
