The 14mm hex bolt head is rounded out. I use a breaker bar and 6 foot pipe extension. The bolt would not budge. My pipe never failed me until now.

Weld a large nut to it.

Default Drill it out - tension is on the flange of the bolt head. When done, you should be able...

...to get the bolt (threaded) portion out with just your fingertips...

Best,

Default Been here before so I'll chime in...

When this happened to me it took four days to get that sucka off.

I carved a notch on one side of the head of said bolt. Used a good size chisel and a hefty hammer. Then use the same tools to drive the bolt counter-clockwise.

It took me four days to realize that I was wasting my time with my little claw hammer. Trust me get a big hammer. Be careful and dont give up. You should be fine.

That's the reason it took you four days!

Drill out a grade 12.9 bolt? Buy lots of bits and do everything you can to keep the bit cool.
