I've got my first court date for that BS "Racing" ticket today
It is just a pre-trial hearing. I'm so pissed about that ticket still. It's costing me thousands, not to mention the risk of losing my license!! ALL for going 25mph in a 30 while some yahoo in a camaro tried to race me, an invitation I BLATANTLY ignored!!

Wow that sucks! Hope you have a flawless driving record, 'cause that may be your only saving grace!

I have a perfect driving record
not one ticket in almost 4 years!! (and in WA things only stay on your record for 3!)
My lawyer seems pretty confident, today is just a prelim hearing... the big trial (with jury and everything!!!)(*$#)(*$%!!!) will be in a few months :/

Ouch that sucks, I would be thinking lawsuite against the P.D for harrasment.
I threatend a few cops around here and even had a lawyer make some phone calls. The cops seem to be leaving me totally alone after getting pulled over 16 times in less than a month.
