ahhh STFA for H box conversion. It involves some vag com programming, wire cutting,etc

Default Forgive the n00b questions. Flat lip = reverse lip, right? ...

...Also, does that mean that the step lip would be the better way to go? I *think* this is a picture of one with a step lip:

You also mentioned there are better options out there. Personally I don't care about weight. But durability is a concern (why i was looking at forged), yet price is too (why i haven't ponied up for the angstroms), as is looks. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. (and yes, I have seen sanders site, it rocks)

hmmm I didn't think my friend's HRE's have that lip...but I could be wrong.

If the model number ends in R, it has a reverse lip. Otherwise, step lip.

Didn't know that. They weren't that cheap when they were DTM though.
