JohnC - you are a GENIUS! Another successful Nokia installation (w/ antenna)...

John, how did you figure this out? Did you just get lucky that there's nothing under the bottom of the C-pillar blocking you from pushing the wire into the trunk? The installer guy I was working with couldn't believe that this process worked. Apparently it never occured to him to shove a wire under a cover w/out removing the cover. The "wooden spoon" worked perfectly. This is such a professional installation I can hardly believe it.
I'm especially surprised at how little we had to dismantle the car to pull it off. Just the rear seat bottom & the console between the front seats. The hardest part for us was shoving the wire under the carpet from the rear seat to under the armrest.
Here are some more pics of the installation, including some of steps that haven't been photographed before.

To help you out w/ the perspectives: The trunk to seat transition is taken with the driver's side rear seat 1/2 way down. The 1st before & after shots are taken through the hole where the cuphodler was removed from. The second shots are taken facing the back of the car, from the passenger's side of the radio, with the center tunnel lifted up.
Oh yeah, and the picture above: My antenna is about 2" tall, & is flexible, pointing straight up. Then on the inside, there's another 1" piece pointing down the window. I don't know too much about radio waves, but supposedly the signal from the main antenna bounces off of this, for a stronger signal. The third wire that looks like it's pointing towards the armrest is just the reflection of the first wire.
It's too early to tell for sure, but it appears that my phone's signal is much stronger now.
