Almost, but not exactly, I am tried to avoid to take out much of stuff to get to it
I don't know for sure until I see the RS4 engine mount and actually doing it.... but look like I may find an easy way

I tried to get mine done recently and the shop
ran out of time. Basically, in the UK we had two
versions of the car. The earlier version
(MY98 and 99) had recesses in the turbo intake
pipes were you could get a spanner onto the
top nut of the mount. This meant you could
could just hang the engine, take of the ARB and
drop the mounts straight out and back in again.
Newer cars (mine) didn't have the recess which
necessitates the removal of the turbo inlet
pipes to get the top nuts off the mounts. Bugger.
The DIY writeup linked looks pretty good.

<tracks thread> If you can get to that top nut somehow, you're home free.
It looked to me like access to the passenger side top nut wasn't too bad, but I gave up getting to the driver side with the turbo pipe in there. Since I was going to pull the clip out for the driver side I went ahead and did the passenger side that way.
Good luck. If you figure out a way to not have to do service position and remove turbo pipes, that should cut the time way down.
