if you have stage 3 S4
you may not like power on the E46 M3. I own both.
M3 get alot of "wow look" and oh. S4 get "oh shiet" or WTF. I love them both, so you can have both I say get it

m3=best bang for the buck. 335= (edit more)
new and turbos, but a good chunk of change. 1 series is fugly imo. also, i don't care what anyone says the smg is amazing when your know how to adjust it. I also still love the e46 style. Someone else already took the depreciation for you on the m3. You could sell it next year for the same price. M3 would be my choice.
