Replaced my 2002 S4 (lemon buy back) with a 2003 Cooper S and pocketed the $$$
Yeh it's SSSLLLOOOWWW, six speeds and some *** lets the engineers allow 43 MPH in first gear and 70MPH in second... Morons, but besides that this is a grin mobile to the nth degree. I can do thing in this car that I could never do in my S4. No corner too is to tight! No entrance speed too fast! I took one of my employees to lunch and used the E-brake to rotate the car into a parking spot at 30 MPH, ala Ace Ventura.
P.S. I live in So Cal, so 43 MPH in first is great for traffic at least.

It's alreary supercharged... It's called the JCW kit and it's $4500 + install
Smaller supercharger pulley, ecu, intake, exhaust, new cylnder head. Sure it's under warranty, but 37 hp for $5500. You can do this in the aftermarket safely for under 2g.
