Default Misfire problem. Tried all the usual things. Need Help!

I am having an intermittent misfire problem in my number 6 cylinder. The car will misfire under a load and WOT and it starts around 1500 RPM. I have tried swapping coil packs, injectors and the sensors on the air filter. The problem came back and still in the #6 cylinder. I have replaced the sparkplugs and coolant temperature sensor the problem didn't change. I also ran a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through it and it didn't make a difference. The car is stock and has 30,000 miles on it. The only other problem I am seeing is poor fuel mileage. Does anyone have any other ideas? I am willing to try anything. Thanks in advance.

Default Did you swap the two ignition amplifiers?

Don't have a pic for you...but they are under one of the engine covers I think.

In my experience unsolvable problems start from a simple oversight. #6= driver's side rear right?
