Misfire and Rpms fluctuating and Shutters at idle, what could be the problem AW?

Misfiring CEL twice today.. Cyl 2 Cyl 4 cyl 1 cyl 6 most of the time
The misfires happen with both cold and warmed engine.

My throttle angle is irratic every now and then my rpms will dip really low and then shoot up to like 1750, and most times lower. when the throttle angle is normal it is like 1.2 to 1.6.. then it goes to .8 and shoots up to like 2.4 same as the rpm.
When moving, the car is fine.

Already tried: New Spark plugs, swapped coilpacks. Lemmiwink add 50rpm, lemmiwink add startup and warm up enrich. Change Air Intake to see if it was from the 85mm MAF to stock airbox. Swapped Ingition Amps. Tried Fuel Injector Cleaner.

Things done to the car recently that could possible affect this: Coolant aux pump , but Im pretty sure the manifold gasket is on and sealed correctly. New plugs, but I tried my old ones and the same symptoms occured. Pressure test with capped upper intake hose, had a lil white smoke but it went away.

how about the throttle body itself? is it sticky?
