**** AoA and Dealer declined my warranty repair w/ stupid reason:
So one day I blew the old version (00) TBB (tear a hole along the clamp) and turbo was really loud (dentist drill sound).
So turbo was replaced at 30k miles and at 35k miles they are going again due to TBB failure (thus overworked the turbo while trying to recover the boost loss from the hole on TBB)
Due to the 1st repair, now they were skeptical about the 2nd repair. it happened while I was driving with stock chip at the time.
So I made a case with AoA and after 5 days of waiting, they have declined the repair and reason being "you have aftermarket exhaust and the dealership suspects it's the cause of it".
However, during the first repair, I had full exhaust ALREADY!!! They specifically told me it won't void warranty and won't hurt the car w/ just aftermarket exhaust. (or larger diameter exhaust pipe that is)
Those guys were informed by me million times about the failure of TBB and still blame on the stupid exhaust. I'm ready to bring hell!!!!!

I was chipped prior to the first repair. Turbo wasn't dead, or not near dying. But just because my friend mike (Mr. Piggie) had found oil in IC hoses on driver side and suspected it, and dealer was kind enough to just replace for me as a favor. Remind you, NOTHING FAILED back then.
So the chip was sold to a fellow AWer and a few thousand miles later TBB failed and caused my turbo. Now, they got nothing better to blame on but my exhaust even tho TBB is on the other side of the engine system! (outgoing exhaust vs. intake)
oh, funny thing is that it's not like it's a turbine meltdown or a broken shaft... it's the wastegate that's stuck/sticking and my stock chip is spiking at 1.2 bar.
