My CEL light came on again, I think it is a bad MAF because I changed to a new intake setup.. more

Do I need to buy a whole new maf or do they sell the sensor part? Where can I buy it?

Audi only sells the MAF as a whole unit.

If it's a Bosch you might revive it with a Q-Tip and vigorous spraying with contact cleaner.

i got a refurb MAF from the dealership for about $60.00 IIRC
