Default My farewell to Audi...

I was hoping that it would not come down to this but after all the circumstance have come together, I have made the decision to say good bye to Audi for good. Never again will I own another VAG product. The experience with the S4 has been a nightmare only complicated by the run around and dishonesty put in place by its Dealerships, Service Center, and Corporate Staff. I have been given the run around for the last two months about my lemon law case and finally was told last thursday that a decision had been reached and my car would be replaced or I would be given a refund and I would hear from that department no later than this past monday morning. Its now friday and I just got off the phone with their legal department and was told that they would not be pursuing and form of assistance to me and that they had nothing further to say. I am disgusted at the lies I have been told by Audi and its representatives. This has been the worst ownership experience for me and will never retutn to them. Its so bad that all the VAG cars my family has will be gone by the end of next week. Despite all the problems some good has come from this. I have met many people wonderful people and developed great friendships through the club and through AudiWorld and hope to continue those. Thank you to those of you who have been there to lend a hand, a great kindness is never forgotten. I hope that no one ever has to go through the same experience that I did and I will continue to come to events even if my new car has a crest or a roundel affixed to it. You all are a great bunch of people and I am all the better for knowing you......Liam

Wow, I hope that was an isolated case! So what are you going to replace it with?

Default There's an expression....

"It's amazing what you can learn to live with when you lower your expectations."

Best of luck. You deserve it. As a Bon Voyage gift, for the next 7 days, I will tell anyone who asks, that My son Liam is named after "this really cool guy from Florida whio got screwed by Audi"

Enjoy.

Default I don't understand...

this sentence:

"...their legal department and was told that they would not be pursuing and form of assistance to me and that they had nothing further to say."

Pursuing what and what kind of assistance?

You should say "It could be worse, you could live in New Jersey"
