Default name that leak (sort of long)

Newbie here and new owner of a 2001 S4 Avant. I stfa, but no dice on figuring out this one. While checking for puddles from a suspected coolant leak, I noticed a fair-sized puddle farther back under the car (about halfway back and under the passenger side). Strange, as my coolant was dripping towards the front.

I wedge myself under to give it the poke and sniff test, and it looks to be just water. No rain lately.

One thing: getting the windshield washer warning icon, so while I was refilling the coolant reservior, I put some distilled water in the washer tank to stop the annoying warning. Could be that's the cause, but why would it be way under there? Is there a hose that goes to the back window, or does it have its own reservior?

Thanks!

Makes sense. From Seattle, so not used to having A/C.
