need some advide on a traffic ticket in monterey county...
got a ticket for 92 in a 70 zone. chp marked it as an infraction for exceeding the posted limit and didn't feel i was driving reckless. courtesy notice says traffic school does not apply for speeds over 80, but i meet all the qualifications in the vehicle code (as far i can tell) for eligibility. btw, my last offense was 20 months ago.
is it worth going to court to ask for traffic school or should i just pay the additional bail $$ for traffic school and see if the court will approve it. TIA.
