Obviously, they're pretty well rusted on there. I removed the caliper and the carrier, so there are no obstructions. With the dust shield on, there are limited opportunities to bang it from the inside with a BFH. I've tried kicking it and wacking it with a BFH from the outside. I've also tried spraying some penetrating lube around the hub. Suggestions?
I'd like to get this done tonight, if possible. Thanks.

$29 8" gear puller(two finger) from Sears. Works on both rear and fronts.
Had one of each stuck when I did mine. Popped each off easily... and make sure you put a wheel bolt on the hub/caliper unless you want a fun projectile shooting at you when it releases =-)

This works, but, I can see why some wouldn't do it.
Gear puller is a better idea, this is just leftover from old dodge drum brake tricks :P Works on the audi.
Make sure your jackstands are solid. Rear wheels off, all rear lug bolts out. Front lugs on, preferably wheels too.
Start car, apply brakes very very firmly, heel toe up to about 1500rpm, make sure brakes are solid.
Select 1st, blip clutch just a little, don't engage, just a brief grab and release, should hear one side on the rear release/pop loose.
Put lug bolts in side that came free.
Repeat for other side.
