Default I'm not a huge fan of Kevlar, but it has it's place...

The RS4 PP combined with an OFE (feramic) disc rocks though. I yanked a 1.6 60" on mine with absolutely amazing driveability.

Most likely--->SAC feature in the pressure plate has moved on you, requiring clutch replacement.

Default man, get your car out of that guy's shop! Seriously, he blamed the first problem....

on a poorly resurfaced flywheel? I really think it's time to cut your losses and get it someone who can fix it.

Just my $0.02 - - but it seems to be an installer issue.

You should NOT be trouble shooting the issue. You're paying the guy and he has no clue - - take it elsewhere, pay and then go back and get your money from shmendrick #1.

It was screwy from the get go, though.

Default Did it work at one point or is this just after a fresh install?

Sounds like your pressure plate needs to be bolted down more to me. I have had this problem on other cars. Sounds like you need to pull your tranny and have a look.

Default To be honest I'm not sure I can afford to do that. Having him troubleshoot the issue is free

Having someone else trouble shoot is gonna cost thousands.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ruhl.com/staff_cvs/CVRHK121203.pdf">Here' his CV if you're interested</a></li></ul>
