Default New RS-4 DTM wheels & STAINING after new tires being mounted????

I just got new tires (Pirelli P-Zero Nero M+S) mounted on the new RS-4 DTM
(18x8 et35) Rims (Achtuning/Hartmann). Yahoo!

<img src="http://toasthost.com/achtuning/albums/album04/IMG_0721.thumb.jpg">

After getting them home &amp; cleaning off all the gunk from mounting &amp; seeing if I had any damage, I notice some staining from the soap or tire dressing they used to mount the tires. So I tried everything I got, to remove the stains (Simple Green, Mothers Wheel Wax, Brake Cleaner &amp; The WaxShop Wax w/ Bar &amp; Tar Cleaner), but I cannot even get it to fade. What is this stuff? What can I use to remove? I found Kaboom when STFA, but I don't know if that can remove this stuff (I have to get some to test).

HELP!!!!!

My side note is they scratched 1 of the rims while mounting the tires &amp; the Tech. didn't want to fess up to it. Been going to this shop for 5 years &amp; this Tech. does this to me. Going to have a long chat w/ the G.Manager tomorrow.

Default try some Isopropyl alcohol? is it an oily residue? can you feel scratches?

are you sure it's not the clearcoat bubbling or peeling?

Default That's not a pic of the stained rim, it's from achtuning site.

I tried to take some pics but the flash seems to take it out. But it's similar to this pic.

Here's my pic w/ the bright flash. But you can see the stains along the edge of the pic.
