nogaro had a bad day :(

my dad was making a left out of the exit of the municipal building when this happened. the light turned red and he waited to make sure no one was coming (a witness confirms this) and pulled out slowly. the guy driving the suv was making a right and going too fast. ended up smacking into him.
i know that the suv had the right of way. it was a bad situation though. with all of the cars at the red light its impossible to see if cars are coming.

but it is going to be a tough one to fight since the other person had right of way.

You may want to edit out the description of what happened until it's all resolved.

he is an honest guy. he knows he was at fault on the books
however under the circumstances weather, poor planning, etc. might come in to play. he isnt trying to fight it, he just wants it fixed.
