Oil leak - need some guess work on what it could be

Oil leak - need some guess work on what it could be
My initial thought was the RMS:

There was also some oil no this:

This is how much oil leaked on the ground in the 2 weeks my car has been on jack stands. Strange how it dripped on 2 different spots. That 3rd thing is a leaf (sorry it is upside down):

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

oh wait that's the trans - does it have a weird strong smell? it's tranny fluid
rear seal is bad on it.
pull the engine oil dip stick and smell it , then smell the fluid from that leak ..compare , if different (99% it is) then it's trans fluid.

That is as good as I can do i gotta finish the control arms before I can set it back down
to try and find a better angle. That black thing is the tranny if that helps
