Ok, new speakers or new speakers + new amp?
so, I'm looking at replacing the rear two speakers with a pair of 2 ohm 6.5 inch speakers (which I hope will work with the amps that are currently attached to the speakers) or replace the pair with a good 4 ohm set (cheaper) and get a new amp for those two speakers. Does anyone know if the input to the amps (which are attached to the bose speakers) are RCA level, or already somewhat amplified?
I just want a solution that is going to sound as good as the factory solution, be more durable (not blow a 4th time), and be as cheap as possible.
