Default so it's really only useful for the glovebox since

you can open the trunk without a key

Default No, you can set the lock in the trunk to require the normal key to open.

See your Owners' Manual for info on this.

Turn the lock in the trunk horizontal, then it only opens with the key, not the remote

Default I'm more concerned about valet guys going for a joy-ride...

speed limiter and rev limiter would be good.

I don't have anything in my car other than my cd's, so....it's not like they can STEAL anything!

Default APR's EMCS

Valet mode: No boost, rev limit around 3,500rpm. Can't go faster than 45mph or so. Neat.

Default Don't be so sure...

...I had a mechanic steal a few CDs from my CD cases. I didn't notice until a week later. He just rifled through and picked the ones he wanted. I called the shop (I had a good relationship with the owner), they discovered that others saw the guy flipping through the cases, and they sent me a check to buy new ones.

Now, when I have to leave the car for an extended period, I leave the CD cases at home.
