Parking etiquette... almost like urinal etiquette. Anybody touches my S4 I'll kill'm!
Now maybe I'm a little paranoid considering my car got run into by an uninsured motorist and backed into by a 15 year old student driver with in a month of each other last year, but why can't people respect not parking next to my S4.
A la the <a href="http://user.mc.net/~uder/funny/urinal.html">urinal etiquette quiz</a>
I go to In N'Out this afternoon for lunch and amazingly since I went after the lunch rush there is a lot of parking. Below is the lay out of the available spots as I pull in to the parking lot. "X" marks where there are cars and the numbers represent blanks spots. Where do you park?
| X | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | X |
scroll down....

As far as I'm concerned 3 or 5 is the correct answer. This would minimize the risk of anyone getting their car dinged, walked into, or used as a park bench. I parked in spot 3.
Before I can even get out of my car some bonehead in a WRX parks in spot 4. The socially acceptable spot would have been to park in spot 5. I guess he needed attention. This really bugged me. Am I alone on this?

I would have parked in 6 so I'm on the left side of the car and I can determine how much room I get.
instead of some moron who could care less and also the chance there is not a passenger is a plus. In any case the curb is the safest.. :-)

I feel ya here. I'm very **** when parking, and always get pissed...
when there's a huge lot, and lots of parking, and people HAVE to park right aside of me. And to boot, it's usually a huge SUV... damn it.

I would have taken #6, assuming he was nosed in. Also would look at whether
#1 or #7 was parked farthest from my line. Trust me, 3 yrs and 89,000 miles and no door dings (looking for wood to knock on)
