I got the transmission out after bleeding the clutch again. All I found was that the throwout bearing is concave where it touches the pressure plate. I measured the depth of the gouge in the throwout bearing it is only 1mm deep. I can't imagine that causing a large problem. Any other things i need to look at?

That's normal....at least, mine is like that and my clutch is way stout.

Re: It looks normal to me but my clutch would not disengage even with a new master and slave.

ive seen one crack and cause problems.

Re: Splines look fine. Where is the spring you speak of. I can post a pic of it.
