How many of you guys have piggies?

1. Are you using it stock height with shorter throw?

2. Have any of you had the vast piggie shortented to have even lesser throw?

3. How are either setup doing for you guys?

It probably shortens the throw ~30%. I am very satisfied with the SS and definitely recommend it to anyone.

2)Craig (ToyGuy) was supposed to shorten 1"...but he "Forgot" and shipped it stock height

Vast says their SS is already ~30% shorter than stock. Is yours even shorter due to .5 cut?

I would say it's maybe 35% to 40% maybe. I'm sure there's some math to it if you wanted an exact number.

had to modify the boot (remove 1" of the plastic tube at the top of the boot) to make the B&M work. I probably would have only shortened it another .5" but probably can't tell the difference.

One advantage of having 1" removed, I was able to install the shifter assembled. I slid the shifter down the linkage shaft, and then lifted the threaded part up through the center.
