Default ported engine
Has anyone ported their heads and etc.. how much does this cost and what power gains am i looking at?
where to go in DC/MD/VA area

Default Pour sand in the intake.. it ports your turbos and engine at the same time.
YOu can expect 30-50 whp from porting your heads












results may very depending on stupidity

just get a bag of sand and hook it directly to the MAF

Default I was told $200+ per head not incl. removal
and it's best done on removed heads.

Default give me a call or stop by the shop sometime...
we are right near BWI Airport / Arundel Mills Mall. We have an S4 project going now where we are porting / polishing the intake manifold / heads as well as exhaust manifold. We have also ceramic coated the valve faces / turbo housings and downpipes.
