Default Problem - Clunking Noise - Help!

01 B5 S4 w/stage 3 - strange clunking when you start off the line in first (normally, not race) within a second or two, then again on breaking (any gear). When drive train shifts back then forward. Sounds like it comes from under passenger seat. Dealer checked all motor/trany mounts, no issue, tightened all suspension parts, still clunks, Dealer is scratching his head. Any ideas?

Default Definitely...

I just did turbo/back exhaust myself in my buds shop and I know for a fact it's not that. The noise has been happening for the past few month's, new exhaust last weekend.

Default Although that is a good check...

this noise I have is much heavier sounding than break pads. I have run with the windows down trying to find this sob, and I can hear the pads slightly clicking, but not a solid clunk like this.
