Default Remote signal on stock bose amp, 2001
I am trying to instal my sub and am not sure where the remote signal is on the Bose amp. I have been told by a number of people that I can get the on/off signal from the amp, as opposed to the head unit, much less distance to run wires etc... any help would be appreciated

Default that is correct, you can do it from the amp...I cant remember off the top of my head
which wire it is

yup, same with the signal inputs. I just used a wire tap, really easy.

Default any idea where I could find diagram of wiring harness to amp? How did you figure it out??
What about running the power cable, I am having a tough time figuring out where to go through to firewall into the cabin

Default one really easy way is to go through the pollen filter area by the glove box...there is enough
room between the filter and the sheet metal to fit it there

thanks I will try running the cable there, seems like it'd be easier than drivers side..

yeah, there is talk that it causes interference with ur ECU
