Rotated tires today, noticed something interesting. Both frt. tires are cupping on inside edge. Pass
side was really bad, and driver's; not so much. The car seems to be in alignment, drives straight, wheel straight, so I find this strange. Anybody else have this problem? Any ideas for the cause?

A lot of people complain of this problem. I've seen it on several S4s. This is mine when I ran 225/40R18 Toyo T1S on my 18" OZ wheels. I saw it on a car with Kumho Ecstas and DTMs (?). Others too...

Exactly, you need an adjustable control arm kit to tweak the wheels back out if you're lowered.
CPP, KMAC, one of those kits would fix that. If you are not lowered it is likely from failing upper control arms.
