Default basic practice entails establishing, quantifying, transfering, etc. water as a property right. . .
It involves litigation, administrative adjudication, and transactional work. California water law is a real mess, which makes it interesting and challenging. And of course we have to deal with endangered species and other environmental laws.

See what happens when you get me started? It is nice that I can say I truly enjoy my work.
