a couple of months ago and the driver's side one is oozing a black liquid.
ECS swears that these are solid.
The liquid is not the same purple stuff I saw out of my stock mounts and these have only been in a short time, but WTH?
Mine were painted silver on top. Can anyone confirm that's the right color or what the part number is that coincides with silver paint?

Original post.

I will. I have emailed Avon who makes these and will call them and ECS Monday.
BTW, I post mortem'd my original mount and there is a butt load of fluid in the hydro mounts. Also from my crude test, total fluid loss doesn't seem to change how far I can compress the mount in a vise because the rubber structure is still intact. I'm sure it does affect vibration though.
What I have right now on my driver side "RS4" could more be defined as very minor seepage.
That job wasn't that bad, but I really don't want to do it again so soon.
**** UPDATE - THE LEAKING MOUNTS WERE MADE BY HAMBURG-TECHNIC AND NOT AVON. AVON IS MUCH PERFERRED. THE QUALITY OF THESE H-T MOUNTS IS SERIOUSLY IN QUESTION. ****
