Before a big-o W8 or cool engine in the next S4, why not spend a little time on the shifter and the padel position? Both don't cost any R&D money or time compare to the engine they are considering. Its cool Audi is trying cool thing and trying to be sporty.... but if its only done via big engine... its no better then American sports cars.

Default I don't think they've quite groked the...

importance of "feel". Hopefully this follows quickly. Big V8s are back wether you like them or not I'm afraid...it's the standard for performance sedans starting last year...oodles of V8 non-American cars are coming to market.

Default hmmm...

I don't find putting larger and larger engines into cars particularily cool or innovative... but the W arrangment for engines is rather innovative.

Like I said.. lets get the padels, shifter, and the seat right before putting a warp-drive in there.
