Sigh... First ticket in the S4... :(
I'm pretty pissed, but oh well...
Raining.
Turned right from a stop sign, accelerated a bit too much, and the back end kicked out. I couner steered, lifted and shifted, back snaped back straight just perfectly. Suddenly, the cop was behind me.
Got me for a VC23109(c) - Breaking Traction. This is a mistameanor (sp) offense.
Official Lingo: (c) No person shall engage in any motor vehicle exhibition of speed on a highway, and no person shall aid or abet in any motor vehicle exhibition of speed on any highway.
I could understand an 'improper start' ticket, or something like that... Oh well, I will be taking this one to court....

I see him way back, and just pull over.
By the time he got to my window, I had the DL for him. He asked if I knew why he pulled me over. I answered, I think the back end got a bit sideways back there.
He said yes, looking at my DL, he then asked me how old I was... seemed odd.
Then he asked if I was ok, and if I was mad...
Very strange. Never asked for registration or Proof of insurance.
Whole encounter too no more than 5 minutes.
Court date is 12/29. I'm gonna go in hoping that the cop won't show up due to the proximity to the holidays.
