Slight vibration after clutch work....any thoughts?

Slight vibration after clutch work....any thoughts?
After replacing the clutch I have noticed a slight vibration in the drivetrain at freeway speeds. I can feel it through the gas pedal and shifter. If I put the car in neutral at freeway speeds the vibration goes away. I was careful to put the flywheel back in in the exact orientation. Has anyone else encountered this? Could I have had the flywheel and pressureplate balanced at a shop or something? This is not a huge vibration, but still I am a perfectionist.
