has anyone tried this product or had experience with this vendor, i am looking for a harness bar for my s4 for de

In general harness bars are a bad idea.
If you're running stock seats, I'd get a set of the quick fit Schroth harnesses and call it a day.
Otherwise, get fixed back, 5 point seats and a rollbar.

Are you thinking of making the car a track only car? Regular seat belts have a lot
of stretch built into them to absorb energy and are designed to work with air bags etc. If you go the route of 5 point harness remember that these will have very little stretch. You need to consider Hans device to protect your neck.
