Default Stoptech SS lines ( + Motul ) installed...not worth it

No improvement in pedal feel or braking. Totaly worthless $450 mod (labor included).
Changed rotors and pads a while ago as both were gone after 2 track sessions. That was a good idea, but lines and fluid - definetly not.

Rebleed the system over and over, the right way. It will improve.

Default At least you won't boil your fluid - get some Stoptechs

Pedal feel changes big time

Default the fluid's not going to change anything until you track the car. Then, you can get higher fluid

temps without boiling. I've noticed improved feel and pedal on all my cars that i've switched to stainless lines. You sure they were bled completely? You 2001+? did they cycle the abs pump when bleeding?

Default did you put them through enough abuse to make use of the fluid? what fluid were you running before?

The idea of running motul is to increase the fluid's boiling point... i'm sure you know this since you track though.

Default I had stock brakes with stock fluid and probably boiled it once, yes I bleeded the system MANY times

went probably over 2 liters of Motul RBF600, pedal feel is nearly the same. For $450 it is not worth it

Default Hmm, i assume you know the proper bleeding procedure and sequence? What bleeding method did you use

? Are you a 2000? Just trying to help man -- I think those are both good changes.

Default That's normal......SS lines aren't really worth it..........the flex of the stock caliper

will keep the pedal from ever being super firm, regardless of the lines....
