Sunoco 104 GT Race Gas + Cool Weather = Fastest FATS/FATS+ Times I've Ever Recorded :)
Big thanks to RokSpedS4 for showing me where there is race gas at the pump ($5.69/gallon). He went along with me for the ride this afternoon and I pumped in just under 5 gallons to an otherwise empty tank.
I made absolutely no changes from my pump gas Lemmi settings, but I did pull the ECU for 15 minutes tonight in hopes of speeding up the adaption process.
I pulled 2 FATS runs in either direction, but ECUx cut out most of the data on my 3rd run as you'll see.

It seems like I'm far from the only one seeing timing pull back without correction when running race gas on X chip. I'd like to "upgrade" to the tweaker file that has X and XR so I can switch when changing octanes, probably would get more consistent timing this way and would eliminate the need to unplug the ECU for a "full" reset. Furthermore, I hate seeing that desired AFR curve that leans as RPMs rise...really hoping that a file change could eliminate that entirely so I can see flatter AFRs as other homebrew guys here do. Heh, now I'm just being a picky bastard. =D

I've totally got cold start nailed down now too...other than cyl 6 (20 misfires on 1st cycle)
cylinder 5 has 2 misfires and cylinder 2 has 1 misfire...that's it.
Warm idle is the same, only cylinder 6 is misfiring a bit.
It's probably about time to change plugs, they have 30K miles on them.
Car is just amazing, so damn good to me, drives really stock-like, couldn't ask for more except for ditching the cyl 6 hatred. ;-)

Awesome.
Cyl 6 is a weird one. I hope the new plugs sort it, but I'm not that confident.
A flatter AFR prolly won't make you any faster since, at your boost level, the turbos are running out of compressor about as quickly as the fuel is tapering. It would be nice to see though.
