What are the HP gains?

I heard that turbocharging bar-stools is pretty effective too!

hmm used to drive an office chair on casters tied to a track car around riverside raceway...
The concept is something like waterskiing but with serious road rash when you tip over. The fun thing was to let go and begin to spin (this was a tall swivel office chair) and careen into the dirt while spinning around...
