suspension noise

suspension noise
I just had new Bilsteins and Neuspeed matching springs installed on my
200 S4.
I am getting a lot of creaking and clunking in all four corners- mostly over
uneven terrain. I also get a mechanical twang intermittently in the right rear.
I took the car back to the shop that did the work and they say the mechanic
tightened things down and feels its "the nature of the beast".
Intuition tells me that is not so....
I had a discussion with an Audi service guy at the dealer who seems to know
a lot about suspension problems. He agrees that a properly installed system
should make no noise.
My big worry is something that everyone who installs suspension parts for a living should know...
that the final tightening of the parts should take place with the car on the ground or
on an alignment rack-to avoid putting stress on the bushings.
Here's my problem...how to approach the mechanic such that he either admits not following
this procedure or find a way of asking where he reveals not following this procedure.
Short of that, I am worried that I will experience bushing failure everywhere-a costly problem that
I will be forced to pay for in the future.
Is there a way to tell that the noise or problem is stress on the bushings? Could I take it to
another mechanic and have him loosen, lower, and re-tighten to alleviate the problem?
Or os there a way I can do the loosening without a major mechanical catastrophe?
Or has the damage probably already been done????
ANY thoughts or comments?
