Default Thinking of swapping to KO4s...

What else would i need. I have stage 2+ with X-chip. I was thinkin of just doing ko4 with 5 fpr and MBC (on top of my Stage 2+ X ). Will this setup hold up w/o creating any problems in the future and what kind of power am I looking at? Pleas provide as much info as possible or if you have a better solution on piecing up a cheap kit let me know.

Default Mike(Mr.Piggie) found you can't run the X past 15psi on K04s with an mbc

without it closing the throttle. Still you'll be flowing 300+g/s which is pretty great. Your iat's will be quite a bit lower. With the 5bar fpr he saw far too large fuel trims, and didn't see very high egts or bad O2 voltages with the 4bar. I'd stick with 15psi, an mbc, and the 4 bar and go from there.

As for power on 91octane? Who knows? ;-) Quite a bit more than a 2+ car though.

Call ASW in colorado... they have K04 only chips.....

Once you get the K04s sorted, you'll need a stronger clutch.

Default ASW is the only company (maybe OCT does too) that's really looking into it. But if you're gonna

get charged a large amount for the tuning, that sort of ruins the low $ approach. In that case you might consider a full kit.

I need to email Eric on the fmic. It should have been done by now
