yeah i know cf isnt cheap, especially to do it right.

so what company will be offering it to us? price range?

Wish i had a vacuum pump and an autoclave at home :-)

Front and rear fenders that are as wide as the RS4's but mate to the S4 bumpers/doors.

I would order them tomorrow if they were anywhere near semi-reasonably priced.

Thats a project that Ive been wanting to accomplish for a while now. I need a mold! (more)

I have access to stuff much better than CF or kevlar or anything commercially available. Just need the mold. 11 to 13 times strenght/weight ratio of hardened steel. It can be made with some resilliance so that it will absolutely never brake, chip, or deform. Anybody has good carving skills in order to make a custom mold? I was thinking to put some kind of clay on top of a sacrificial S4 fender and then mold from there. I would also need an aluminum skeleton with all the mounting points. Any other ideas?
