thoughts on running 10000k GE bulbs? link, questions, and info inside
i am thinking about getting these (in AW classifieds)
here is the D2S bulb info:
Code No GE2005-5874
Colour temp. 10000K
Volt 85
Watt 35
Base P32d-2
Remarks Xenon
DOT No
ANSI No
ECE No

i am wondering how much visibility will change with putting these bulbs in w/o ballast upgrade.
thoughts?
also, is the wattage and voltage okay to run with OEM ballasts?<ul><li><a href="http://www.autolamps-online.com/products/d210000Kcentre.htm">link to info on this bulb</a></li></ul>

it would show a bit more purple but it would be fully optimize with 55w ballast, however
it will work with our eCodes that uses D2S just fine. It's just that you are not using the full power of the bulb with the stock 35w ballast.
It won't be dramatically less visible because we have projection HID still and not those cheap "white" colored bulbs that you will not be able to see at night.
