Today pulled error code P0343,Camshaft Pos.Sensor Circ High Input

Any suggestions on how big of a deal this may be to fix? Thanks

BTW, the car runs fine no problems, clear the light and it comes back on depending on the temp. outside...if it is cold it will stay off hot it comes back on..
