Tom Wood Audi in Indy starting to get much better.
I may recommend them soon. They were the worst dealership i had ever dealt with. They did not seem to follow any instructions for repairs, and always returned the car in far worse shape than when it arrived.
They have a new service manager, Jeremy, and hs is insistant on having everything done, by the book. He constantly is having things re-checked, and so far, the last two service visits have been great!
My warranty is almost up, but if they continue to perform, I may continue to have them service my S4. They have gone from an "F" to a solid "B+".

I always thought that the service manager can only do so much. I just assumed the mechanics sucked. I thought Jon Coy was an ok guy.

Agreed.
John was very nice, but Jeremy actually pushes the mechanics to follow procedures. I don't get the list of excuses of why something was not done, it just gets done, and it seems they are now being told to follow procedures.
