Trying to pick out a ECU chip, ADVICE anyone?
I like the chipswitch's security feature. Is this chip even available anymore??? What are the pros/cons for some commonly used chips? Any help is appreciated.

Dude, you really should STFA on this. Asking this particular question is like opening pandora's box.
It depends on what you're looking for. All chips will provide more power, but each chip has a different personality to it.

Next guys gonna say NAAAA dont get revo get GIAC.. Honestly if u wanna haul some *** get Giac or Revo. Grant it they are probably a little rougher on equipment BUT with proper maint. and cool down and warmups it should be fine.

be going off of the opinions of the few people that decide to bother answering your post. The topic of "which chip" to go with has been brought up countless times over the past five years or so that this car has been around. You'd get a much broader take on the various chips by searching through past posts on the 00-02 S4 forum.

GIAC if you want power. I like GIAC, I have tried Revo,
and APR and never felt the power that I do in the GIAC chip. But like /\/\ightar said asking this question is operning Pandora's Box on this board.
